Neutral colored inlaid beads start with very high quality whitewood which is a nice buttery tan. Each bead has a decorative inlay of multi colored abalone (paua) shell on each side of the bead for colorful flash. Gifted artisans hand set pieces of natural shell onto each bead, so please allow for some surface differences and variation between beads.
